① 国内银行账户能不能直接进行外汇转账

银行可受理境内居民因支付出国留学学费等有境外汇出汇款需求和因国外亲属汇入赡家款等有境外汇入款解付需求的个人外汇账户（含现汇账户和现钞账户）本人名下的转账业务，以及本人和直系亲属间的转账业务。

不能受理本人和除直系亲属外的其他人之间的外汇账户转账业务。

建设银行SWIFT国际汇款包括汇款手续费和邮电费用。具体收费标准请咨询当地95533。

个人可委托建设银行办理两种可自由兑换货币之间的买卖，以规避汇率风险，达到个人外汇资产保值增值目的。

个人外汇买卖业务包括15个外汇币种：美元、日元、港币、英镑、欧元、瑞士法郎、加拿大元、澳大利亚元、新西兰元、新加坡元、瑞典克朗、丹麦克朗、挪威克朗、澳门元、泰铢。任意两个币种均可组合进行外汇买卖即时交易。

在建设银行开立有外汇存款账户的居民个人，向建设银行申请并经审核同意，即可根据建设银行公布的外汇牌价，通过建设银行营业前台、电话银行、网上银行、手机银行、STM进行两种外汇之间的实盘买卖。

建设银行汇款手续费用最低1元，最高手50元。如果汇款金额低于5000元则实时到账；汇款的金额高于5000元，则需要3-5个工作日才能到账。
