涉及高級英語技巧，在財務和會計職業領域，是金融財會人才進入國際職場的重要依託。
1、主要針對求職人士比較有用，申請學校的話你還是考點別的，雅思托福GMAT之類
2、考試已經得到了包括全球四大會計師事務所在內的跨國知名企業的認可，國外比較流行，證書的獲得可以標志性的證明他們在財務英語方面的競爭力，並因此綜合提高其在專業領域的工作能力，國內貌似不怎麼熱門呀。。
3、難度因人而異，我不了解你水平如何，也不好妄下定論
證書的認證由四部分組成：閱讀、寫作、聽力及口語。
閱讀部分：主要考察學生理解英語文字的能力，考試共六篇金融會計內容文章，涉及國際會計和審計准則、公司文件、財務報告及各類專業雜志文章節選，共45個問題，考試時間75分鍾。
寫作部分：主要考察學生撰寫財會內容信件、報告及意向書的能力，分兩個部分，第一部分就某一信件進行回復，字數在120-180字之內，佔40%分值；第二部分是按要求撰寫一篇報告或方案，字數在200-250字之內，佔60%分值。考試時間為75分鍾。
聽力部分：考察考生理解金融財務英語能力，包括相關的財務方面的報告、講座、新聞及面試內容。共30個問題，考試時間為40分鍾。
口語部分：考察考生在處理財務問題時的語言表達能力，包括運用適當的英語做出反應，並且能夠連貫地表達自己的想法。
